1. Return, Exchange, Replacement & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

-The item must be unused, in original condition, and in retail packaging.
-A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

-Gift cards are non-returnable.
-Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
-Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

-The product has been opened or used.
-The item is not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
-The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1) Check your bank account and contact your card provider.
2) Processing times may vary by bank.
3)If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at enjoy@puer.com.sg.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email enjoy@puer.com.sg and send the item to:

Gifts

If marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

Please send returns to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For returns over SGD 75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
