2. Product Representation

We make every effort to present our teas and tea wares as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of tea, handmade tea ware, aged products, and screen display differences, reasonable variation in colour, texture, packaging, weight, patina, surface finish, or appearance may occur and shall not automatically be treated as a defect.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed on PUER.COM.SG are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases involving pricing errors, stock errors, suspected fraud, or other business considerations.

4. Pre-Order, Special Indent and Reserved Items

Certain items may be sold on a pre-order, special indent, specially sourced, reserved allocation, collector reservation, or custom-order basis.

For such items:

  • a deposit or full payment may be required;
  • any deposit paid is strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels;
  • once confirmed, allocated, reserved, or placed with the supplier, maker, or source, the order is treated as a committed purchase;
  • such orders are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

6. Pricing and Product Availability
