We prepare and dispatch all orders carefully from Singapore.

1. Local Delivery Within Singapore

For local Singapore orders:

Orders S$49 and above: Free delivery

Orders below S$48.99: Delivery fee: S$8

Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a working day are generally processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

For urgent delivery requests, please contact us in advance. Special arrangements may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges.

2. International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped using Speedpost Saver International or other suitable courier services depending on destination requirements.

Estimated delivery times: 3–11 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed subject to custom clearance.

Orders above 2kg may require additional courier charges. Customers will be contacted for confirmation before dispatch if a shipping top-up is required.

If you prefer a specific courier service such as DHL or FedEx, please contact us before placing your order. Additional freight charges may apply.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout according to destination and order value.

Flat rate: S$70

Rest of World

Below S$299.99: S$80

All international shipping rates apply to parcels up to 2kg unless otherwise stated.

4. Duties, Taxes and Customs

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, local taxes and any destination-country charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included unless expressly stated.

If you would like to add shipping insurance against loss or damage, please contact us before dispatch. Insurance may be arranged at additional cost where available.

6. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment confirmation.

During festive periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

7. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the outer packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue

Any resolution will be assessed based on available evidence, courier records and individual circumstances.

8. In-Store Pickup

Self-pickup is available by appointment at our tea studio.

Please select pickup during checkout or contact us to arrange a suitable collection time.
